Mr. Mohd Farid Mohamed Nor
Mr Mohd Farid Mohamed Nor (“Farid”) is currently holding the post of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director at Molecor (SEA) Sdn Bhd. He joined Molecor SEA in April 2014.
Prior to joining Molecor, Farid had served several multinational companies in the past 13 years. His early career started at Sauber Petronas Engineering in Switzerland as a structural engineer, BRP-Rotax GmbH in Austria in product commercialization, and finally returned home and served PETRONAS group of companies for the oil and gas industry, namely leadership role in research, technology and engineering services and activities.
With his diverse experience and leadership skills; we look forward to him delivering performance excellence and achievement.
Farid graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Imperial College London. He is a registered member in the Board of Engineers Malaysia, Associate Member to Institution of Mechanical Engineers UK, as Associate Member of City and Guild Institute UK.PLANT HEAD
Mr. Mohd Aziz Jaafar
Mr Mohd Aziz Jaafar (“Aziz”) has been appointed as Plant Head for Molecor (SEA) with effect from 1st June 2016.
Aziz has been in plastic piping industry for the past 25 years. Throughout his professional experience, Aziz has served in various functions, mainly Quality Assurance, Technical Marketing, Product Development and Production Operation. As a prominent figure within the piping industry in Malaysia, Aziz is in the advisory committee to SIRIM standards and other statutory organization. Prior to joining Molecor SEA, he was the General Manager for Operation & Innovation at one of the leading piping company in Malaysia and worldwide.
Aziz will primarily head the plant operations in Kuantan. With his leadership and vast experience; we look forward to him delivering the KPI of operational excellence, strategies, targets and sustenance at the plant.GENERAL MANAGER - SALES & MARKETING
Mr. Jason Lee
Prior to joining Molecor, Mr Jason Lee has had extensive experience in sales & marketing spanning a vast spectrum of industries. He started his career with technical sales & marketing in industrial automation for the ASEAN region, then biometrics identification, and telecommunications infrastructure; parts of his career also involved serving as construction litigation and arbitration engineer for a boutique law firm established in construction law, and also a patent engineer for Shearn Delamore & Co. His current role combines both the technical as well as the commercial aspects of the HYPRO® PVC-O pipe business, dealing in both business-to-business and business-to-government segments.
Mr Jason Lee holds an Honors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham, as well as an LLB (Hons) from the University of London.
